Sharon Adams founded Adams Law Office in 1999.  She is a registered patent attorney, and has successfully prosecuted numerous utility patents for mechanical devices and methods.  Prior to becoming a patent lawyer, Ms. Adams worked in the biotech field, and has a real-world experience with the scientific method and lab work.
